The aquarius model strips down the pack principle to its bare minimum:
providing a 2.5 litre aquarius easy clean drink bag and extra room for your
essentials. What you consider essential is of course up to you, Vaude just
provide you with the a choice of aquarius packs in 3.5, 7+3 or 9 litre
capacitys. The aeroflex light suspension system ensures a well-ventilated
back. It's a slimmed down version of Vaude's aroflex mesh back. Together with
the sternum strap and hipbelt, it keepsthe aquarius securly in place, no
matter how rough the trail you may choose. The distancing paneling keeps your
drink cool and comfortably removed from your back.
This is a very sophisticated Hydration System / small daysack from rucsack
supremo Vaude. It uses the Aeroflex Light back system which consists of a high
grade lightweight spring steel frame which allows a two-step adjustment of the
mesh backing. This provides excellent ventilation of the back during strenuous
activity.
A further benefit of this system is that the water reservoir is kept away from
the back, so allowing it to stay cool.
